If, like us, you have bought propertis from Inside Track/ Instant Access
and were told that you could ' turn them around', in other words, sell
before completion and make a substantial profit but instead are left with
the properties that will be very hard to sell or rent at the moment, then I
would like to hear from you. The reason Is because The Mail On Sunday did
an article on Inside Track on 10.11.07. highlighting people who have been
left in serious financial difficulties because of them. I rang Richard
Dyson who wrote the article and explained our situation and he said that he
has had a good response from people and he would like to get as many names
as possible to put a potential case together for miss-sold. I said that i
would try to get as many names as I could from people who ,like us, have
bought at Calanover sea golf. Alternatively
if you wish, you can speak to Richard Dyson on 02079386000 at The Mail On
Sunday.
regards Pat

I think this is just feeding the media's lust for sensationalism and the publicity will not enhance the reputation of the development if you want to sell.
When I bought in 2003 the market was completely different to that which exists now. I bought under those market conditions. If the developer had built the apartments in two years as promised you would have made your profit. I do not know the sales people that you bought through but they are just that. SALES PEOPLE. They will tell you anything to make a sale. I dont think CSG should be singled out for critism as this has happened to thousands of people at many developments along this coast and the whole of Spain.
If there is a case for miss-selling then it is not for the lack of capital appreciation but for those who bought front line golf with sea views who clearly, have not got what they paid for.

Hi all
Just got back from Spain yesterday and stayed at my apartment for 3 days. The lights around the development now come on every night so progress has been made. I have been told that the lifts will be working in the next 2 weeks. If you are staying in block 5 there are currently water pressure problems which are being looked into. I think the garden areas are starting to look neglected but that could be due to the heavy winds they have had. I think the quicker the community is set the better so we can take control of things on the development. I think one of the key things that needs to be done is to get all the litter around the development picked up, also there are weeds growing throgh the bloack paving which is starting to make the place look untidy.
As we all have got money invested here we all need to make this the best place to stay.

Hi Surinder
I totally agree about the weeds. They are not only growing through the pavement but in the flower beds and grass. There has been a lot of money spent on the landscaping it is a shame to see it spoiled by lack of care.

Agree entirely, setting up the community and finding an effective way of managing it , is a big priority. In October there were two gardening fella's around tidying up and cleaning the general area. Obviously no longer. We are back to stay in block 3 after Xmas so can update when we return. I am hoping that our internet connection has been set up- we do now have a local telephone number. Has anybody else set up tel/broadband conections yet ?
