I have just posted some photos that I took last week while we were over in Spain. As we did our initial snagging while we over there (it is true that they are currently only letting the actual owners access the apartments) some of these are the view from our apartments balcony. We are on the second floor of block 3 and as you can see the view is not too bad. What makes it worse is that there is currently all sorts of building materials dumped on top of the hill. Once these are removed it will at least be a bit better.
We did our initial snag and have to say it was all pretty minor things - like a ceiling was badly painted in a bathroom, the cord was twisted on one of the roller shutters etc. Nothing that wouldn't take someone a couple of hours. What did surprise us was how clean the apartments are! The stairwells are still very dirty and we were assured that this would be rectified, but inside the apartments won't take too much work before you can put your furniture in. Grounds are beautiful, with benches to sit on and admire the view. All in all I think the development will be stunning when it is fully up and running.
