Customer Care is vital to any operation and it is interesting to note that IPS will be managing the exclusive sites they sell after completion so their job doesn’t end at private contract.

As Angel Gutierrez, Chairman of IPS goes on to say; Our vision is to be the market leader when it comes to customer services.

AHEM, well we are all aware of the customer service from IPS,ie non existent. However my question is this.

Does IPS intend to manage Calanova Sea Golf on completion as quoted in the above article......heaven help us.

No idea, but what a waste of space IPS is for customer service as you say and as we all know. A friend of mine contacted them twice with a regard of purchasing in the Oasis blocks just by Calanova Sea Golf and they didn't even get back to him and that was to buy!!  So if they run a management company like their customer services it will be fun. Another thing this time last year their office was full of staff now it is down to bare bones on a recent visit. IPS stands for Invisible Personal Service.

Ips promised us the earth in after sales service and we havent received a single thing from them. A person called Lyndsey told us the hill would be removed in front of our block and it hasnt. They told us they would market and sell our second apartment and i have received nothing from them. I spoke to a person called Nell a month ago telling her how we felt let down by IPS and she said she would sort things out and get back to me. We have heard nothing. Dont expect anything from them .
