I have bought in Block 3 no. 2 and the company i bought through have very recently had the bank value my property they say that the growth on this development has been 13% in the last year. Has anybody else had any valuations done on their block? It would be good to compare valuations to see if the figures work out.

I am currently in the process of getting a vauation from Banco Halifax and will let you know. They are estimating a max of Euro280,000 for a two bed.

We have both our app valued by evergreen int finance (Geremy Ryan) at 310.000 been offered morgages on both which looks a good deal apart from the bank arrangement fees 1.5% and 2%. add your notary fees stamp duty and iva it soon racks . Geremy is good and we got him from Steve Gilbert but waiting to hear what the offer from the developers are.
