Does anyone know why the promoters refuse access to view the apartment?  I know we have not got to the stage of the snagging list or probably anywhere near completion but I just want to get into the apartment to see it for myself..

No idea why. in the early stages it was due to health and safety issues but now it should not be a problem. i have heard of some people with lawyers that are actually doing the job they are paid to do have used their offices to negotiate entry. Ask your lawyer to be forceful and you may get in.

If you are going up to Calanova can you get some new pictures?

Hi just arrived back from la cala all blocks now complete apart from 6 or 7. My lawyers could not get the developer to give us access to block 3 as they dont want people finding problems this early. Yet a spanish agent was showing people around block 1. We approched the developers our self but got no joy. Have had our apartments valued  at 310e. Have been given various morgage deals. Be careful for arrangment fees as they range fron 1-3%. Hendrix

Have just returned from a trip to Costa del Sol , and whilst there we requested a visit to  Cala Nova via our agent.  No problem - we were taken for a tour of the show flat in block 10 and a tour of all the grounds.  We are purchasing in block 3 but could not view that as the workmen were still there.

We understand from our solicitor that habitation has now been granted for blocks 8,9, and 10 and that block 3 will follow in 6 - 8 weeks.

Very impressed with the site and the apartment.  The grounds are all complete and the pools were being filled when we were there.  Have taken a number of photos which I will try to post on this site.

The hill in question only appears as if it will be a problem to block 2, and maybe  apartments 1 and 2 on ground floor of block 3.  All the other apartments are either to one side or above the hill.

we did get into our apartment but we needed to make an appointment with the promoters AJA.

We did this through our solicitor
