Hi All,

Does anyone out there have their keyholding/meet & greet/cleaning etc sorted yet for their Calanova apartment?

We would prefer to use an individual/family run outfit rather than a large company, but if anyone out there has any suggestions on people to contact please let me know.

We are getting close to signing, so I really should sort this out!

Hi,

We are a family run Management Company established over 5 Years now,  we have two Managements already on Cala Nova Sea Golf and Two Long Term Tenants in place, if you need refernaces we will put you in contact with the owner, we where there yesterday with the owner to arrange the snaggings as the Lawyer is signing in one week our tenants will go in on the following week, we have arrange all from the Clean  to the Rental the Snagging to the Furniture, We have bought from differant places to save money, as packages are not always the best way and we prepare all for owners and tenants, we are Small Family  As the owner stated very efficient and respected from the larger Company, also.
