Letting agent for winter - too good to be true?

Well folks,

we leave belfast on the 5th Aug having to rent until oct but dont mind as we are finally getting out of here, thanks to everyone for all the advice and hopefully we will get to meet some of you in the future. Looking foward to the change a bit scared but excited so are the kids i just hope they settle, well thanks again see u all soon.

Hello again!  

Maybe some of you remember me because I sent some pictures time ago.  I have been in touch with Marisa and the news is always the same:  it will be ready in November.  We bought already 3 years ago before moving from Venezuela to Brussels in a new assignment but we were not able to enjoy our apartment  when in Europe and now we are back on the road, this time in Syria.   The construction Grupo Vera is now bankrupcy but without implications for Pinares, according to Marisa.  Maybe some of the "locals" could help on this information.
I heve complain that during 3 years I have not receive any official communication from the developer, excepting the contacts with Marisa.  I do not think it is a good comercial practice.  Regards to all , waiting to meet you in Malaga.
