Hi to anyone who has bought in Alhambras 1 or who is going to buy.

We have two properties in Alhambras 1 one of which we want to sell.  We have not had an easy time with The Key in getting them to finish the snagging.  We now have furnished our apartments and are living in them.  We are interested in selling and/or renting one out.  If anyone has any useful information to share we would be grateful to receive it.  If anyone knows any good web-sites to advertise for sale or rental then let me know.

I also have a very good contact in Murcia who can do anything you need to your property, whether it be cleaning, gardening or building or maintenance.  I can highly recommend him.  Contact me for details.

Hi to all buying on Mosa.

Would really welcome contact with any other investors on this resort.

We are completing on Alhambras 2 in September 2007. Buying a ground floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment.

Due to a change of circumstances we are considering selling on completion (it is apparently compulsory to complete first).

Would welcome anyone's experiences of current values and the result as an investment in general as we are finding it hard to get up to date info on the resort. We are also unsure whether to buy the golf user right  they offer if we are going to sell. Not sure how this would affect the sales value.

Hi, we are buying 2bed/bath  ground floor apartment on Alhambras II.

The developer is outside contract, the matter is in hands of solicitor but Mosa will not cancel contract and only alternative is to take them to court, no guarantee of winning although we have a strong case.

Really fed up with false promises, delays, change of personnel , kitchen company going bust etc!

Apartment up for sale and  were told by Mosa that you can sell before completion and it  is for sale in their sales office.

Havent bought golf user rights, why throw more money after bad?

Chances of selling extremely slim.

Mosa may turn out good in 10 years time, who knows!

I too am buying a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on Alhambras II.

I have just come back from Mosa and have recieved a preliminary date to complete (early August).

Alhambras II does thou look good, and after 3 1/2 years of waiting i am actually looking forward to it.

It has been a fustraighting time, I too lost money with Mosa Kitchens, and the lies I have been told, being coned by the golf user rights people (changing the goal posts after forking out 27,000 euros) I could go on.

I stayed at Alhambras I last week and I must say that as apartment complexes go I have not seen a better one in all the resorts in the area, I just could have done without the 3 1/2 years of hassle.

Next time i will buy a resale.....off plan is a bad idea.
