Does anyone know of a 3 bed for Sale?

Does anyone have an idea of when this resort is due for completion?  I have been told that it is Jan 09 and that they will "let me know" the exact date nearer the time.  Has anyone heard any different?

In addition I have been trying to extract an answer concerning estimates for rental income for my apartment.  After 2 months of regular e-mail requests, I am beginning to have serious doubts regarding the professionalism of the organisation offering the rental scheme.  I understand that the person / organisation involved are active contributors to this forum and so perhaps I may obtain a response this way.

At the moment I'm thinking that variable is the best option.  The guaranteed scheme takes up the first year's income with the furniture package (or could be the first 18 months if no payment is made in the first 6 months!), so I may as well take a gamble.  However an idea of rental prices / potential occupancy rates would be useful in assessing the risk.

Am I alone in thinking that it is reasonable to ask such questions in order to arrange the financing of this investment???

I understand that Tee 17 is "on schedule".........with a two and a half year build time,that surely means July-September 2009 at  the earliest?
Could someone from Peninsula up-date us if that has changed please?

That was my understanding (ie late summer 09 completion) at the start of this year but a recent phone call to Penisula gave me contradictory information.

Peninsula have confirmed in the past few days that completion on Tee 17 is still on schedule for the summer of 2009.Sonia in the office there appears to be very prompt in dealing with inquiries by e-mail.
