As far as I know Habitation Licences have not yet been issued because the infrastructure has not yet reached the required level
Quite a few have moved in and building work is progressing quite quickly
We are on plot 47 [ go into site from first entrance and we are 2nd on right] and I understand they are about to dig out the foundations and it is due to be ready circa Fen.March 2009....on time!!!
