I have a 2 bed apartment being built on this development.  Anyone out their already got one.  Whats the feel of the place.... any problems.  Was the property finished properly.. Any tips etc.  I scheduled to take delivery in summer 2007... hopefully!

Suggest you look at El Rincon board. There are some buyers posting on there.

I live in La Mirada, an apartment block behind the development. We visit frequently, so can give you photo updates if you wish.
