COULD SOMEONE GIVE ME UPDATE ON TELMICRO , 2 DAYS AFTER PAYING 190 FEE  FOR YEARLY SUB  AND FEELING GOOD ABOUT BEING ABLE TO AFFORD THIS PAYMENT  WE LOST THE SERVICE LAST NEWS WAS THAT IT WOULD PROBABLY STARTING UP END OF SEPT.        CHEERS

Just a wee update

your old TV provider is shutdown  and will not be starting up as they are being sued for millions
The new provider is Torrestat

• They provide 60 + stations (a very few Spanish)

• 160 Euros for connection and didgi box (if you want to be able to operate different stations in any other part of the house you need to buy another didgi box
• 240 Euros a year subscription

Hope all have had a fab xmas and looking forward to the New Year??  

We are looking for an update on the television situation?  Is torrestat still the best option or is there any other option?  We are over in 2 weeks so want to sort it then?

Some people looked into Free view and Sky but there were issues with both i.e. cost, size and position of a dish so I would say that the info below still stands
