AGM Voting & Community list

Hi all

I am writing to make sure everyone knows the AGM is on 12th Jan 2009. 

We have a community email address list , kept by Steve DeLooze, that keeps us all updated on the important issues at CSG, but at the moment there are lots of owners whose contact details we still do not have.  This is a valuable list as it enables us to try and sort out any grievances as a community, and to communicate with the Administrators & Developer in an organized way.  At the moment we only have 37% of the votes between all of the owners on the list and the Developer has 38% - meaning that we can do nothing without the Developers approval.   It is crucial that we present a united front at the next AGM and if you are unable to attend then please make contact with Steve or myself to arrange a proxy vote.  If you have not yet given your details to Steve, please send me a private message and I will pass them on to him.  We need at least your email address and preferable phone number and address also.

I am seriously considering buying a penthouse in Sea Golf but would like to know more about the community of owners there before proceeding. I fear that there are still quite a few apartments to be sold. Are you on the community board? Is Steve Delooze on it?

Are there any issues that i need to be aware of? Is the community solvent? Do you have a copy of the last minutes?
