We are next visiting La Tercia towards the end of Feb 07,is anyone going out before then.Hopefully the roads will have been layed by this time,and we will be able to have a walk around the development.

The development seems  to be moving along quite well,all looks well at the moment for our completion Dec 07 fingers X.

Anyway, we will be out in the area week commencing 20th Jan for a week so sorry to miss you - anyone else out there then, please let us know.

We are over in Murcia from Tuesday, we will be calling in at the development a couple of times during our stay. We are looking forward to seeing for ourselves, the progress made so far at the development.

Looking forward to hearing all about it and seeing the pix! If you could find out anymore about the swimming pools, which are rumoured to be replaced by children's playgrounds,  that would be great.

We will do the same when we go out around May/June.

We have just got back from a visit to Murcia (16th Feb) where we purchased a 2 bed 'swing' apartment on the 2nd phase of UGR, any news or pictures to see how its progressing would be great.

Lynn & John regarding the pools they have not been replaced for play areas, they  have changed shape and position in the M12 section of the development along with play area`s being added to this section.

This is a reply we recieved from the United Golf aftersales team, when the question was first raised by owners regarding the swimming pool and play area topic.

About the position of the swimming pool and the children playground, when you bought your property the location of the children playground was not defined yet and the architect decided the actual location of the swimming pools and the children playground according to the land conformation (its pendence).

We are due back on the 6th March.

Good to see some more new owners on board , welcome Paul and Mary.
