Pegasus/El Castillo Issues

Pegasus/El Castillo Concerns:

Just to clarify things, and so that  buyers /prospective buyers are aware. Pegasus/Golf El Castillo do not have the required permissions to start construction at the Golf El Castillo development (Jumilla).

The lack of progress at the site is not conected, in any way, to the current economic climate.

Lack of progress is because of the following two important reasons:

1. Permisson has NOT been  granted by the local authority to commence building.

2. This developer requires bank finance and this is not in place.

Hope this helps to clarify any uncertainty.

We received today an official statment by the corresponding Local Council on lack of Occupation License of the resort. Just in case anyone is interested on this.
