I think we have to sort that out outselves - I met someone when I was last over who has bought their own irrigation system for their terraces - fitted it and planted with ferns etc - looked great I was very impressed! They suggested it was quite easy.

I saw my apartment (if I complete oni it!!)2 weeks ago in phase 2  (1st visit) we were told you put your own plants in terrace tubs and told you water it yourself ok if you live there full time, if not full time - there is a tap so you set up battery (or mains if you want) auto watering system (40€ or less, and £12 in LIDL when on offer) with a few spray units or drippers and a pipe run. Did my garden in Manilva 24m run cost me 50€ including all bits. Have worked for last 2 years. Change batteries every 6 months for new ones, use old in the radio or remote control for the TV.
