Has anyone tried selling or renting their property on Gran Mirador yet ?

 I notice no one has replied to dave and wendy, i wonder why! is there a promblem now that there is no golf course,as we had planned to rent to golfers.We are due to complete  March 2007 and having entered this site for the first time today and noticed everyones concerns ,we are begining to regret our decision to purchase on this site.can anyone comment on the legal implications on holding back on completion.are there enough numbers holding back to cause a reaction on the golf course saga.

we have a townhouse which we rent out. We only began last year and did better than expected, and hope to do better this year. Yes the golf course would be a great bonus, but as we have been waiting for more than 3 years with no results on that front we have decided to make the bst of it and sell rentals to a different market.
