Urgent transfers

Yes it is coming along, some of the balustrades are in place and some blocks are ahead of others.Completion date is set around february 2008. The Proindal office I visited 3/12/06 has a little showroom where specimens of kitchen units and bathrooms/ tiles are on view. The kitchen units were blood red in colour with white as alternative.The bathroom suites were in white with beige tiles plus if 2 bathroomed peach and cream coloured tiles. Marble floor tiles throughout as well.I was impressed with Proindal office staff =very professional, when dealing with them. I feel very confident now with the whole development and I for one am looking forward to living there in Almerimar,[ with Alldays british foodstore , 2 x Irish bars and 3 great chinese restaurants] to mention a few.

Good to hear things are progressing, did you have any input into kitchen choice or is everything allocated already. Where are the proidal offices as I may pop in there when I go over later in the year as it sounds like they were extremely helpful. I was always led to believe the fittings etc would be of a very high standard - were you impressed with what you saw.

Just thought I would share with you all the latest I received from MRI this week it's been a long time coming however external works for block 1 is complete . Blocks 2, 3 and 4 are progressing well with the balconies going up. Blocks 5, 6 and 7 are now being finished.  Completion is still scheduled for Feb/March 2008.

I am out in Almerimar at the end of the month so will try to get a further update then in the meantime I have uploaded some photos and will of course upload more following my visit.

All told it looks like the development is on schedule and is certainly looking like a worthwhile investment.

Just been out to Almerimar last week, the development looks good. I have upload some photos.

The weather was indifferent with 90km winds for a day , and one day of rain, then got out sunny 22c.
