phase 4

if you dont already know just some info blocks 4&5 are now being deliverd and people moving in

the pool at the top by block 8-9 is this week being cleaned out of dirty rainwater and all the sides being scrubed down ready for filling .The garden is laid to lawn with plants on the sloping side

i know you are fed up with delays we waited 15 months over delivery date and have now lived on site since april the wait was very stressful but i am glad we did not cancell as its a loveley place to live  i have made some very good friends while living here

the waste ground between phase 3-4 is being worked on and a genral clean up taking place  the road for phase 6.7&8 has had the top tar laid . still no sign of club house being finished

Babe Thank you for your update and comments which is very much appreciated, its comming up to two years now over due, so may be there is light at the end of a very long tunnel. I must say I have been happy with my solicitor who has been honest with me along the way, it appears they can only pass on the information given by the developer which at times has proved difficult.
