telefonica were at my block today puting in cables hope its phonelines mobile to expensive for uk calls will try and find out about blocks completion will ask my solicitor he has clients in block 4/6/7

Thanks for the update on the clubhouse  good to hear work is still ongoing,   Drinks by  Christmas that would be nice  We will be over on the 17th of this month for 2 weeks to have a look for ourselves, will meet up for a few drinks again.

any pictures of the work on the clubhouse available........ also have they started to tidy up the area infront of block 9 and before the first green where they left rough for the construction traffic, i noticed the last time i was over they had removed the builders power supply and it was left in a roll on the ground.

Sorry no photoes  and you have to be here all the time to notice that work is in progress as a few people who have come over in the last few weeks tell me it looks no diffrent.
but in the last few weeks they have laid more bricks to right hand side of outer wall . cut out brickwork for elec cables and sockets .  added more roof tiles.   sterted to put in elec cables from main  elec box  and on 15 july the men in black were there looking at the building plans  ,
but we have been told the lower fitness gym will not be added unless the comunity fits it out and pays for it .
and oct has been the date given to open the golf greens .


we heard that a shop centre is planed for the top end of phase 4  and that before more blocks can be signed over on phase 4 the ground were the hotel was going has to be cleared and laid to lawn. 
but this is information from sales office and you know what they are like for   telling you a load of bull sh..t
