Fine for not submitting modelo 212 in time ? whose fault?

It's now nearly 2 years since we completed on our phase 3 apartment. At that time I was told what further building was to take place but I believe there may have been changes to the overall plans for Arenal Golf. Does anyone know what work is still outstanding and how long it will be before the total build is complete. I am very pleased with the apartment and can't wait until the whole site is finished and we can all fully enjoy what we have bought!

As far as we are aware there is nothing further than Phase 8. Phases 6,7and 8 are nearing external completion. Phase 5 was to have been an Aparthotel but there have been no takers for that so the land is likely not to be developed as it only has planning permission for a hotel. The Club House is still a shell, however a security man has been based there for the last few days so whether that is indicative of anything remains to be seen!
