Anyone at reserva de marbella?

just heard from soraya today by email after several emails sent that habitation licence has just been applied for block 4 and therefore it will be july before signing no definite date given in july . also has about compensation for delay no response to that question.surely we are entitled to something for outrageous delay

If you want compensation you would need to cancel your contract for your apartment and negotiate a new date plus compensation.If you just sit back and wait you will get nothing.Bank guarantees say if they fail to complete on time you can either pull out or renegotiate your completion date.

Or you can do nothing and get nothing.You get no responce from them as it is in there best interest to say nothing and let you in limbo
