There seems to be problems with Phase 1 owners and the pools - apparently a lifeguard is required under Spanish law which is very expensive and the community don't seem to have arrived at a solution. 20 Jun 2008 12:24 PM by neutral in Dublin/Benalmadena C.... 172 forum posts Send private message I think its down to the size of the pool as to if a lifeguard is required.Both pools on phase 1 look about the same size as the pool between blocks 8/9 on phase 4 so I presume it will need a lifeguard.The pools between blocks 5/6 3/4 1/2 might be small enough to not require a lifeguard service. WE WERE TOLD WE ALSO NEEDED ONE ON PHASE 4 FOR BLOCKS 1.2.3 POOL BUT SO FAR THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD AND WE ARE USEING POOL WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS APART FROM SWIMMING WITH FROGS I THINK ON PHASE 1 ONLY THE BIGGER OF THE TWO POOLS IS SHUT 0 Like Spam post or Abuse? Please let us know
