We have also received the same e-mail last week - Also we were also informed that we had won our case against the builder.... haven't seen any documentation from the lawyers confirming the courts judgement... will see what response we receive.....

Hi Everyone,

Its been a long time since many of us started our cases against the builder, and then the bank. I was wondering how anyone was doing and how far down the line you are. Do you still feel confident of a recovery or is confidence beginning to wear thin?

Looking forward to hearing from anyone who still reads these boards.

Yes, it's feels like a lifetime waiting for us too.

We have instructed Costaluz to take action against the bank and we're still waiting for a hearing date.  We feel as though we received bad advise in taking action against a developer who was known to be in trouble and this has wasted both time and money.  We should have pursued the bank from the start.

It would be good to hear from anyone who has either had some success against the banks or is in the final throws of their actions.

Just wondering whether anyone is getting any further. We are still sitting waiting for a date for the hearing. Are there any others out there still pursuing this or have you written your investment off ?

We completed the preliminary hearing against Caja Rural Nacional on 19/11/13 - we are now waiting for the date of the Final Hearing - I assume sometime later next year judging by the progress to date.

Hi All

In July we heard "Your lawsuit has been admitted in court."  Still waiting for more news.  Does anyone know how long we are likely to wait for this initial hearing?

we have completed a preliminary hearing in July.2014 and now have a date for a final hearing in March.2015.

our lawyers (Costaluz) remain confident of a positive outcome.
