new to webb site

Hi those of you that have not yet completed. Thought it might be reassuring to some of you to know that Sifasa appear to be taking a very responsible attitude to snagging works. I have a client scheduled to complete tomorrow but the Sifasa lawyer has been in contact with the clients lawyer this morning to advise the apartment has been inspected by them yesterday and they are not willing to sign over the apartment as they do not believe the client will be 100% happy with the finished works. It is a little last minute but thankfully the client is completing by Power of Attorney and has not had a wasted trip. I would agree and one might think that with their enthusiasm to get things completed the snagging works would have been completed in plenty of time but nevertheless it does indicate a sense of responsibility to their client. Would that other developers might show the same level of attention.
