roof terrace doors

I mentioned once before about a roof terrace door being smashed out and lying on the floor . When we were over for the new year I noticed that the majority of the doors had been smashed out.I didn't get chance to go into the office . Does anyone else know what has happened.

I have been writing to complain about this since October and went to the office in December.  This is very worrying as anyone can get to the roof by the stairs and can then use the lift to access any floor! 

the more people who complain the better to give us power to get this sorted before any theft.

I agree! I am going over tomorrow and the office will one of the first stops. Those doors have been like that since the end of the summer.

Plus it doesnt look good for any potential buyers. I will point this out to Fuensanta aswell

The garage  entrance door is also broken apparently the power went off and when it returned the door went a bit crazy and now there is a hole in the wall in the corridor as a result of this it looks a mess  I have e mailed Fuensanta about this.

Hi, I have also emailed the builders to night about the roof terrace doors.  lets bombard them with emails.

On another note we were there for xmas and when my husband and daughter got there on the sunday before xmas, there was no lighting in the hallways or round the building, no lifts working and the tele had no signal. It took someone to go to the police to complain ( I dont who ) to get the builder to get the electric turned back on.  He either had not paid his bill or turned it off himself, i am not sure which.

I hope it doesnt happen again.

i was there too with my baby grandson and we could not go out to eat.  Seemingly the builder did not pay the electricity bill!  I have been told it will  not happen again.  when we have a committee we have to pay the bills ourselves.  When will all this happen?  We also could not eat as the cooker and hob blew.  I am going again in 2 weeks so hope all will be fixed.
