Renting

 Hi,

 Anyone using Polaris World to rent their property. Or are they too expensive with their fees.

We used polaris for 1 apartment last year and for a 2nd apartment advertised ourselves

Although we did not get a fantastic response to our own ads we got 2 days rental from polaris - do I need to say more !!

Polaris are trying to be many things, however the bottom line is that they are good at building and selling houses.

The fee's like anything in life is relative to the return.

There are Long term, short and Holiday rentals out there for the taking, you just need to know how to get them and do what is necessary to get them and I'm not talking lowering your rental price like other mis-guided Owners.
