Current Refund Status

Hi

I was wondering if members could post against this posting of their current situations regarding refunds for apartments in Aureus.

We requested a refund of deposit plus interest

I have a copy of the Fax the lawyer sent to the Administrator along with another 3 couples names. The fax was dated 22nd November.

We are still waiting to hear back from our Lawyers , its all gone very quite ....

We are in the same situation, I spoke to our lawyer before Christmas who has advised us that our name has been sent to the adminstrator and we are waiting for a judge to agree it is ok for us to get a refund. We are hoping to here in January.

I've just had a phone call (27th Dec) from another purchaser in Aureus, he has now received a full refund plus interest.

Interest is based on 3.45% for the 1st Year and 4% thereafter

Let’s hope more cheques are being written in 2007
