URGENT . 

TO ALL THOSE WHO HAVE PAID DEPOSITS ON PROPERTIES IN VEGAMAR I IN ALMORADI AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED THEIR PROPERTIES.

We are a Law Firm in Albir, and are handling cases against Proalto. 

PROALTO IS IN LIQUIDATION, as of the 18th of December 2010.  We have spoken this week to the administrator, who has sent us Proalto's statement of affairs, and there is a big surplus of assets over liabilities.   If there is anyone interested in retrieving their deposits please contact our office on (00 34) 96 626 0501/96 626 0500.  The administrator has expressed his surprise at the fact that there are very few creditors, and Proalto have a large number of properties that will be SEIZED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR AND SOLD.  THIS WILL MOST CERTAINLY INCLUDE THE PROPERTY THAT YOU HAVE A PUT A DEPOSIT ON.
