Should we buy?

My husband and I have been interested in Calaceite since we saw its location. We have made an offer on one apartment, which was not accepted. This offer was below the asking price, as we are nervous in the current market situation and the site still has no facilities and is unfinished. Any buyers have any advice for us? Are the developers keeping their promises re. closing, amenities, etc.?
