We are moving to Princess Park in near future. So, thats why we started this thread, but we think now, there is no body living there or they donot have any inetrnet access or they donot want to say any thing or they donot want to share anything or something else. We donot know. What is it, is there any body out there who can tell us something good or bad about Princess park, please.

Neeraj and Sunita

Hi Neeraj and Sunita - apologies for the lack of response..!! I spent a couple of days there in October and I was very impressed..happy with the build and the views. I am looking forward to jumping into one of those lovely swimming pools!! I am still waiting for some snagging to be done which is a bit annoying. I have also been told that we should be getting some communal Sky TV in the 2 or 3 months. I am getting a dish installed next week as I think 2 or 3 months could turn into a lot longer!!

For people who do not want to be right on the sea these apartments are great - you get the view, the quiet and a lot of space...Also with the toll road there touring the coast is a piece of cake...I have to check out the Club del Sol which is just down the road...It is all very exciting and in a year or so when more of us have moved in it will start to come alive...

We have received notification that Allied Developments have received "registry details for block 7 and that the developer expects the habitation licence to be granted imminently".  It has been suggested that we begin making arrangements to complete on the purchase.  Has anyone else had this information, or can anyone give us any idea of how long this may take?  We are hoping to sell prior to completion.  Also, can anyone tell us if the community gym has been or will be provided?  Our understanding was that there was going to be a gym, but are now not sure if only the space for a gym will be provided.

I am of the understanding that the room on the left (I think currently being used as the site office / sales office) is the 'communal' room that could be a gym.  The residents have to buy to the gym equipment ourselves.  Not sure how this would work.  Does everyone want a gym? Who would clean it? who would sort out any damages / repairs?

Thank you every on for response.

Hi Gillrd, We have been to Club del Sol once. It seems very nice place, we think.Check it out let us know what you think. Thanx again.

Hi Plunket, we are looking forward to complete on block five, And we have no information, sorry. If you are thinking to sell it better you do it soon as possible because we think market is very slow, but the valuation wise property price is quite high. And about the gym we think thats the only place for it.

Hi Bobbysmith, we think you are right thats the only place for gym. Any thing else we have no idea

We too went to the Club del Sol and used their Gym and sauna.   The Gym is very well equiped and had friendly staff, the sauna was clean with showers etc.  It was quite expensive, we paid ten euros each per visit.  There are cards available which reduce the cost but it depends if you live there all year round or just visit what would be the best for you.  We would be very keen to get a small gym up and running (pun not intended) at Princess Park but like you wonder how it would work....
