Hi ahobson,
Just back ourselves after agreeing a purchase in Phase 2, due to be completed July 2008. We were told 2 blocks in Phase 1 are on shedule for July this year, we were able to get onto the site and into one of the blocks due to be ready and can see no reason to doubt their word.
I have some pictures that I will try to download to this site.
