Does anyone have details of the Mortgage being offered by Arenal 2000. I have not heard from them since paying my 30% deposit for an apartment in Phase 1 and need to arrange a mortgage.

Can you please let me know of your chosen mortgage provider and interest rates that you are offered.  Please specify if its interest only or repayment so that I can consider both.

i've been reading this site for a while.  have bought on phase one.  actually, i found this site after finding the seller of my appartment direct on here! after i had already purchased from MRI. oh, well.

my mortgage broker said a valuation is currently being done on my property and said that some have come in at almost 300,000 (if true!).  will let you all know when it comes in.

solicitor rang us to say get the mortgage with the spanish bank underway because arenal advised that feb 2 should be release date.  occupation licences were applied for mid december apparently.  has anyone been out there since november to see updates?

also, any good recommendations for furniture packages?  i was considering shipping my own self bought package across from england and am currently getting prices for that.  surely, it would be much cheaper than the £10,000 or so some of the companies asking for.
