Yes the waiting is getting a bit much now. I Know we are waiting for the 'occupancy license' but does anyone know if there is a reason why it is taking so long or is just the laid back ways of the Spanish?

Good news about this communal room. Yes a bar would be good, maybe with a games table  like pool or air hockey. Where abouts is this communal room?

The community centre is on the main walkway through the centre of the development.

If anyone here had to get a mortgage on their apartment, I would be interested to know how the valuation came out.

We have just this morning had our valuation report, and its a little lower than we had hoped for.

Hi, we had our property valued at 271.000 with Bancaja . Bought it for 249.000. Hope it helps. Cheers.

That does help thankyou! We are also using Bancaja, and the val they just did for us was 210,000 on the 217,500 we paid.

This might be really cheeky to ask, but as we need the val to be a bit higher, are you able to give any more details on which companygave the valuation, when, and even the report if poss. We can then pass it back to Bancaja.

We thought ours had been valued for Bancaja but have now been told there has been a change of valuer and it hasnt been done yet, seems nothing is simple.
