Selling Spanish Cars in Spain

Did you have the impression that you would have a swimmimg pool,similar to the one in the promotion video?.

We are so pleased to have found this site and look forward to hearing from other purchasers.

We bought on phase 1 in UGR in July 2006 through Ambasun and like you would be very disappointed and annoyed if they tried to replace the pools with playgrounds. Having a pool right outside was a very big factor in our decision. We wouldn't have thought that the site was particularly "child friendly" with the emphasis being on golf.

All of our paperwork clearly shows pools. Would be very interested to hear if you have found out any more in the last month?

Hi  Lynn and John,

Noticed you bought through AmbaSun. We did the same in April 06 in a green building Phase I.

Their agent was a guy called Michael. We have found them quite good so far apart from their currency transfer dept. (see my previous posting under Ambasun)

What do you think of their service so far? Are you using PSI ?

Hi Ray, We have been very impressed with the service we have received so far from AmbaSun. Our agent was a guy called George Davidson, who knew the area very well and couldn't have been more helpful. The after-care service so far has also been very good. We feel a bit like you, however. Not sure we will use their currency service again. There seemed to be a big time gap between our transferring the deposit and it reaching the builders. We would be interested to hear of any alternatives you know of. With AmbaSun's help we opened a Spanish bank account while we were out there, but hear that the Halifax offers an overseas service so will be looking into that and their transfer facilities. Hi  dont know what thread we re working on re pools see my update on the other pool thread.

I would just like to point out that I have a young family and I have bought on this site because of the pools and play grounds  promised..  I also feel thatthe site is child friendly and hope there are more families buying there.

I also hope the people living there are child friendly as well.

I will be encouraging my relatives to take their kids

The information we have from the developer is that pools and childrens play areas, will all be available in M12. I`am sure you will find there are more owners on board who have children. Regarding pools if I can remember there are around 7 swimming pools around phase1.

I believe we have a fantastic resort and from the owners we have met a very friendly bunch, who will help out if they can I know will.

Thanks for that dave      Any ideas on size and dimentions?  If not does anyone know where I would find out that info/
