Community Meetings and Debtors

I bought my 2 bed apartment in Punta Prima (Amameda del Mar , El Rincon) from Medsea estates which is due for completion in July.I am wondering if anyone rents out their apartment if so how much rental can I realistically expect. I don't really know the area as I bought the property on an inspection trip so ant advice on any good letting agents etc would be useful.

I read on an ealier post that there are plans for thousands of other properties in the area, I am worried that this may spoil the area and devalue our property ? I was last in the area 18 months ago what develops have been made in the area .

We have bought on El Rincon, phase one, to complete on 25th Jan. Lots of apartments have been planned, all being built by gomendio, along with a large marina and costal walkway. Am going over soon and will try to photograph the location and get any plans for the developments. We want to get plans of the marina anyway.

The apartment we rented in La Calma in the summer, next door to El Rincon was £300 pw for a two-bed, if that helps at all.
