We purchased a 1 Bed Villa at Sands Beach nearly 2 years ago and have received on time every quarter our 8% . We are very curious what actually happens after the 2 year period ! Is there anyone who is in this boat and can advise us ?

We purchased a studio villa in September 2005, we have now been notified that the SBV Trust will not be renewing the lease, we have no information as to what happens next or where the income will come from to cover maintenance costs. Do you know what the maintenance costs are? or who we might contact to arrange rental via another agent.
