What a great pity Justin has moved as I would like to thank him for all his hard work in trying to move our urbanisation on. I must admit I would be very suprised if he still wants to carry on (and perhaps a litlle mad!) and i'm sure there must be some "rules" stating the president of the complex should live there.

Clearly without him we are in a very difficult postion and given the views of the local mayor need a strong minded resident to carry on the work already begun by Justin.

I would be grateful if someone could advise me of the process now for the management of Nueva Manilva.

Also does anyone have the number of our managment company "gaemus" as I have tried to pay my outstanding community charge and they dont seem to take it!!

Yes, it is a shame Justin has gone, as he did put in a lot of hard work for us and we should not forget that. Perhaps its from frustration that lead to his decision, as we all feel the same about the ways things have gone.However, I for one feel a lttle let down, as he must have known for some time he was moving and it would have been nice for him to have kept us in the picture. None of us know now where we stand, although it is down to the Administrators to act for us, which is why we pay them. Perhaps we should all now direct our enquiries to Gaemu, in respect of the Water & Electricity connections and the state of the urbanisacion.

Hey guys, I'm still here!  We haven't sold the apartment, it's my office!  We just couldn't cope with the lack of space any longer as a place to live.  It was no secret that we were buying somwhere else to live anyway.

I am still the president here and am still on a mission to get this place sorted.  In fact I will have more time to do things now as I won't have to battle with the kids at the same time.

Regarding electricity, they were supposed to connect this week but nothing...again.  We are still chasing but they keep giving us false dates.

Will let you know if there's any movement on this.
