Water problems (hard deposits) HELP NEEDED

We are also buying on Phase 1 so will be interested to see your pics when you get back. The day before yesterday we received a package from Polaris via UPS containing mortgage offer application form from CAM bank, NIE application forms and a request for copies of passports. These have to be returned via UPS (on Polaris account) within 10 days. It looks like things are moving at last. Shall be very keen to hear how you get on.

We too had the same documents to sign and post back.   However, I was so excited, I phoned friends who are buying on La Torre and they had their paperwork in the Autumn last year and thought they were completing in December 06, then January and now they are being told June 07.   If Polaris follow the same timescales when sending out their paperwork, I would not expect ours to complete until December 2007 - in time for the golf course to be up and running.   On one hand I hope I am wrong, as we have been eagerly waiting for the completion day, on the other hand, we will be able to start renting it out with a 'working' golf course.

I will be pressing Polaris for some concrete information when I get there and will report back any news.
