Depending on the style you want IKEA do really nice wooden venitian blinds in various sizes that seem to suit the Jardines apartments and are straight forward to fit yourself.

I'd recommend 'opac' curtains, they are so much cooler and block out much more light. Probably best with curtains at the window beside the door too. There are single layer, opac curtains in Leyroy Merlin in Cartagena, with a choice of about 5 or 6 colors. Maybe a bit plane for some people's taste, but they look good and they block out the light extremely well. The curtain poles etc are in the isle next to them, so that's handy too. Just be aware that you cant easily put big extravagant ends on the poles as there mightn't be room enough for them. Good Luck. Geoff.

Just a word of warning from our own experience - check the gap between the window and the wall for your main longe window and think about whether you intend to have just a blind or a curtain as well.
The IKEA blinds are fab - we bought 2 for the window next to the door & the main lounge window. Ended up not having the blind fitted to the main window. It would have pushed the curtain rail out too far and looked unsightly so we stuck with just the curtain in the end and pull it closed when we go home. We're not over looked upstairs and aren't going to close the curtains when it's sunny so it worked for us.
