The issue of security is a concern for us all.
I am of the understanding that eventually Las Colados will be a gated complex with 24 hr security.
Until then I have employed Oasis Property AkA Palm property to be a management agent for me. They do regular inspections to check for signs of break ins or leaks etc & as they are 2 minutes walk away it is brilliant for peace of mind. They offer a discount if you book 3 months in a block which is what I will be doing when my tenant leaves.
I'm glad they offer this because it can be a bit worrying being so far away. I have read some horror stories on here of people who have had leaks in their apartment whilst un occupied & the doors have been broken down to gain access to the property. Imagine that!! flood damage, door missing, etc etc. It doesn't bear thinking about.
