Snagging for Mar Menor 2 properties

Hi guys

We are now able to book snagging appointments for properties on the MM2 development.

If anybody would like to receive information about our service via e-mail or would like me to call them to discuss how the process works with Polaris then please let me know.

We own a property on MM1 and therefore know the resort extremely well and have already conducted 3 inspections of apartments over the last week. We also have photos and updated news if anyone would like further details.

For one large investor we have just been checking properties on this development and have been VER IMPRESSED with the quality of the finish compared to some other Polaris Resorts

Most people I hope form reading this forum are aware of the importance of getting a Certificate of Habation before completion, and I understand that this had not yet been issued of these properties

Based on my findings I believe that on this development you may only require a single snagging inspection and it is possible to have your snagging list done, in advance of completion and without you having to travel to Spain

Even if you are doing your own checks I am able to  provide the normal sample reports of actual apartments checked , and our normal guide to the completion process at Polaris World, a Q&A Guide that explains your rights and special terms for single inspections
