For sometime now I have been watching the development and construction techniques for this site and so far I have been impressed with the general look of the construction and the responses form the onsite people in particular Hazel
As it was explained to me to watch the News button on their website and the offices would be closed from the 10th August to the 1st September
Yesterday I called in again to try to get some indication on completions and didn't get a firm commitment because of the normal issues and delay with things like the COH and infrastructure but it is clear that there are lots of properties pretty well finished
What I was impressed with was the structured approach they had to their own snagging process as they are just starting their internal checks and and that the infrastructure build would stat rt again in September
What I need are early completions to create my reference reports and we will again, as with other resorts, offer special prices for the first people that complete
Once we understand the completion process there will be a completion guide for the resort and the normal sample reports
