Money Refund

Hello everyone,

It is nearly 3 years now from when we signed up for a Green on Sierra Golf. We are still waiting!!!!!!!!

The property is apparently ready, but we cannot complete because the COH still has not been issued.

The builder as been holding a substantial ammount of "OUR" money for this period.

I am searching for anyone who are in a similar situation to ourselves who have decided that enough is enough and are looking to pull out or indeed have already done it.

Any information on the correct avenues and reccomended solicitors who specialise in this fieldt would be much appreciated.

I am also fed up with the whole situation , I  am in the process of Pulling out.. I contacted a solictor in Jan and he got the ball rolling for me. I spent most of one day with him discussing it, it also included a visit to the Notary to put a block on the property, ie Masa unable to sell it to someone else.. I left the Solictors feeling really confident, but it is still ongoing, the wheels of justice turn slowly in Spain.
