Just come back from Sierra Golf, had a good look round. Main roads are coming on well, the first commercial building is well up, this is going to be MASA's office and they are going to open a restaurant and bar. Had a chat with one of their sales men and he said they want to have phase 1 finished before letting any clients into their properties. The site is going to open not gated in like Polaris or similar. The golf course is going to be run by MASA.

Progress looks to be going well, although it still looks like they are way behind on their target of Feb / March. From your photos it looks like our front wall is up, but we are slightly out of one of your photos (15.40 Eagle).
Did they give you any indication of what they class as phase 1 and when it would be complete?

Hi Barry
I was told phase 1 would not be ready until the end of May, phase 1 is the houses that stick out on the right of the plans, I hope you understand what I mean. I am going back out on the 4th Feb, I will try and find out more info. If anyone has any questions they want me to ask please let me know.

I'm sorry, I don't know anything about phase 2. I'm not even sure what they are classing as phase 1.
We are there in a couple of weeks, if I find anything out I will let you know.
