Towels on Balcony

Hi,

We moved into Coto Real at the end of August on a long term basis and today have been told that we needed to take our towels (which were hanging to dry on the balcony) down as this is not allowed!!

Can someone please let me know why this is not allowed and as someone who is quite new to the complex let me know of any other rules which we need to abide by!

I'm about to move out as my long term agreement has come to the end of the 11 months thankfully.

That sounds like a bit of a stupid rule to me.

Make note that you cant take your rubbish to the bins untill after 9.30pm and dont leave a bag of rubbish outside your front door even for 15 minutes. No aerials even the small ones for internet are allowed anywhere!

No its not a bad development dont worry, its just not right for us.

I bought our apartment two years ago and this is the first I have heard about any off those rules, I would agree towels on balcony's not very good, I hang mine out to dry on a clothes horse and no one can see them.  I take my rubbish to the bins at all times of day.
