Estate agent fees

Does anyone have a copy of the original site plan?  If they do could they tell me what should have been in front of block 3 next to the Golf Course.  Im sure when we bought it was shown as nice green area with trees etc.  Now I find myself looking at a building site for the next two years. Maybe more if they are as slow with this one as they were with ours.

Re your query about a site plan.  I do have a copy of the prospectus given to us when we purchased in 2003. The front page is a plan of the site in colour and I can confirm that in front of your block/s is shown in green with trees.  However when we came to view the site, the hill in front of you was completely untouched and our Agents "Medsea Estates" assured us that only villas were going to be built there and the plan shows that area divided up into plots.  Now look at it, as you say a  ongoing building site for years to come.  They have also added an extra block that was not shown on the plan, and they have just started another Aparthotel on the left hand side of the site just as you come in to Los Collados.  The hillside has been demolished and we are now beginning to  wish we had not bought here.  But I think we will just have to grin and bare it for now.

Thanks mike,  Spoke to my solicitor about this but there is nothing we can do we have to sign tmorrow for the apartment.  They are apparently angry with me for delaying so long.  I wont repeat what I said.  But I did say I was sure that it was them that were late.  Almost 21 months and no comp and no apology.  Mind you blame my solicitor that the most reputable company Parador sent us to.  As you say we will just have to grin and bear it,  Read that the new commercial centre in Aguilas will be open by next year.  30 shops, cinema bowling alley cafes etc, hopefully will bring in the punters,
