I'm buying on Phase 5 due to complete in Sept/Oct 07.
All being well we will be there during October and definately for Xmas 2007.
We may be interested for a few days when we get keys whilst we sort out furniture etc
We have friends who want to come out with us in December so we would also be interested in anyone who may be looking to rent for two weeks during mid-dec07 to mid-jan 08.
