Habitation Certificates

Could anyone please let me know if they have a HC for their properties on this development.  I have been told that our apt has been completed and that the HC has been granted although I have been waiting since Nov 09 for it to be passed to the builder.  Is there anyone else in the same postion especially anyone who has recently completed or is about to complete?.  I understand that the development was on Builders Supply for elec & water until Dec.  Is this still the same or has it been connected to mains supply?

I have not completed due to this delay.  Any info would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

We should also have completed in December but no Habitation Certificate has been granted on ours either.

I completed in Oct 09 with the benefit of a HC.

If anyone is still waiting for their H.C don't hold your breath as we have been advised from our solicitor that it could be some months before they are granted.  After reading the recent update about the development it is no surprise that they will not be granted anytime soon.  We have been waiting long enough and as the builder has (breached the contract) we have decided to pull out.

Hi Friendly. Have you had feedback from the builders about pulling out? Will your deposit be secure?
