Hi Liztc, we made enquires about the completion dates in early December and the reply on 13th December included copies of the first occupation licence which they had just received. Rushcliffe also stated that we could sign the deeds the next day!!!!
We were also informed earlier on, that occupation would take place once everything was finished. However I believe that Blocks 1 and 2 are already occupied, or deeds signed. I would suggest a call to Rushcliffe to clarify. If you have any further news please let us know.
